The headphones won't play?+
  - Make sure your device is within 10m range from the headphones, and is correctly paired and connected (refer to user manual).
  - Please check volume level on both headphones and your device.
  To use other devices via cable connections, the headphones must be charged.
  - When using cable connection, please check if the direction is correct, and properly plugged in.
Bad sound quality?+
  - Make sure your device is within Bluetooth connection.
  - Please check volume level on both headphones and your device.
  - Please adjust the EQ settings of your headphones.
  - Please charge your headphones (to use other devices via cable connections, the headphones must be charged).
  - When using cable connection, please check if the direction is correct, and properly plugged in.
How to pair with a new device?+
  - Your headphones will recognize its last connected device. If you wish to connect to a new device, please do it manually (When shut down, press and hold power button for 5 seconds to enter paring mode.).
  - To prevent the headphones from auto-connecting, turn of Bluetooth on the last connected device.
Why the lights won't stay on?+
  - Your headphones may need charging, please connect it to charging cable. It may take few minutes for the lights to come back on according to remaining battery levels.
  - In paring mode, the headphones will shut down automatically if not connected with 10 minutes. If not connected, your headphones automatically shut down after 20 minutes.
Mic sound too low via Bluetooth connection?+
  - Unpair your headphone in device Bluetooth settings, turn your device volume to maximum, and reconnect the headphone. Turn up volume gradually. If that does not work, try another device and repeat above step.
How to connect the headphone to YOWU APP?+
Search YOWU in the APP Store, download and install it, connect the headphone to the phone via Bluetooth, and then open the APP. Note the following three points:
1. It is suggested that the headphone 3S/3G connect only one mobile phone at a time.
2. Keep the positioning permission and positioning function open. (Just turn on the location function on the iPhone)
3. Keep the bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the headphone.
